Our T 100/6-30 is a completely automatic block-making machine which can produce concrete products having a height variable from 6 to 30 cm.According to the type, the products are mouldedeither on a steel plate and then laid on a concreterunway, or directly on the pavement.
Production on the steel plate:
blocks, hollow building tiles, flues, semisolidblocks, interlocking paving stones, grass units,retaining wall units, fence units, etc.
Production directly on the pavement:
curbstones, curved curbstones, entry ways,solid blocks, gutters, slabs, traps, etc.

The T 100/6-30 is provided with an electromechanical program (patentno. 873398) which is composed of a series of cams and limit switches (no solenoid valves or electronic elements are used). This system permits a constant working of the machine even with unfavourable conditions, i.e.: voltage rush, humidity, dust, very hot or cold weather, etc.

Side vibration: the blockmaking machine is provided with 2 or 4 high speed vibrators with steel casted casing, produced by SACME (average 6000r.p.m.). These vibrators ensure a remarkable productivity and their eccentric elements can be adjusted according to the type of mould used

2 vibrators placed on the pressing stripper and connected one another so as to obtain an unidirectional vibration

Feedbox clamping device which, during the filling phase, does not allow any movement of the feedbox, thus reducing to the minimum its wear

Agitator grid, particularly sturdy in its structure. It is ideal for producing blocks of very small thickness (down to 13 mm.) and for shortening the filling time

Feedbox guides with automatic adjustment ensuring a perfect alignment of the mould feedbox, even though there are uneven areas in the pavement (production directly on the pavement)

MULTILAYER system

The blockmaking machine T 100/6-30 can work::
as a mobile equipment, laying blocks directly onthe pavement;
as a stationary equipment, connected to an elevator, installed into a pit, which can produce with the multilayer system. The concrete products are laid ona wooden pallet and, between one layer and the other, a nylon film is automatically laid.

Advantages

A minimum working area is required.

The feeding of the blockmaking machine can be made directlyby the mixer, by means of a conveyor belt, thus avoiding theuse of a fork-lift equipped with a loading bucket

Increased production rates thanks to a shorter cycle time (thetime required for the machine advancement is eliminated).

The nylon film separating the various layers prevents the concrete products from sticking and the water which is present inthe mixture from evaporating. In this way, a more gradual andbetter drying of the concrete products is obtained.

The concrete products do not need to be picked up andpacked; therefore the fork-lift equipped with a block-clamp is not required.

The mobile roller gives the possibility to create a storing areaof pallets with finished products. This system eliminates thenecessity of a fork-lift which continually clears the area where the pallets are positioned.

The nylon film, laid with continuity between the various layers,keeps them together, therefore the pallets with the productscan be easily handled without any problem.

Elevator

Self-supporting frame to be laid in a pit, composedof a gear driven elevator (lifting plate), a device forthe automatic laying of a plastic film and an electricboard to be connected to the blockmaking machine.
The electric board is provided with an impulse counter designed for setting the number of layers to bedeposited on the pallet.

DUAL-LAYER system

The blockmaking machine T 100/6-30 can be prearranged for the application of a self-supporting device composed of an additional feedbox for theautomatic production of concrete products withthe dual-layer system.
This device can be removed when a single-layerproduction is required.

Advantages

The dual-layer system offers the following advantages:

In the base layer aggregates having a varying granulometry are used, while in the surface layer a fine layer of sand or quartz is used so that an excep-tionally smooth surface is obtained.

The colour is used only in the surface layer, thus reducing remarkably the quantity in comparison with single-layer coloured products.
