The heart of the stationary plant is the vibro press. Sacme vibro press is fitted with the exclusive feeding device for insulating inserts and, in addition to the upper vibration and the side vibration systems, is also fitted with the vibrating plate as a standard feature. The fact which makes Sacme vibro press unique is that it first moulds the thermoblocks on the vibrating plate, and then lays them onto the pallets. This feature, which has no equal, combined with the exclusivity of the 3 types of vibration characterizing Sacme vibro press, allows:
the use of pallets having lower thickness or reconditioned;
the vibro press can be placed in any other pre-existing handling system;
the vibro press can be positioned in a production line where there is another vibro press, with the advantage of having in operation one machine or the other;
the vibro press can be placed in an existing production plant, in parallel with the vibro press of the original plant, with the possibility to apply the by-pass technique.
